pOur client, a leading organization in the public transport sector, is looking for a senior professional to drive strategic IT procurement files. This role focuses on managing complex software and service acquisitions while providing essential commercial and legal expertise within a critical IT environment. /p ul liLead end-to-end complex IT procurement files and define acquisition strategies aligned with the digital roadmap. /li liCoordinate public tender procedures for goods and services, including strategy definition and technical negotiation. /li liManage the full governance of strategic IT contracts, monitoring performance through SLA and KPI tracking. /li liServe as the primary liaison for strategic vendors, handling escalations and negotiations up to C-level. /li liIdentify proactive risks and implement corrective actions to ensure service continuity and contract value optimization. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to draft technical specifications and conceptualize pricing mechanisms. /li /ul ul li8+ years of experience in bIT Legal advisory /b within bSourcing /b or bContract Management /b for software-related projects. /li li2+ years of experience in bpublic sector procurement /b specifically for software or IT services. /li liExpertise in the bRFP lifecycle /b, including drafting procurement documents, specifications, and managing evaluation processes. /li liProven track record in managing a portfolio of critical IT contracts and optimizing financial impacts. /li liStrong project management skills to coordinate timelines and stakeholders across complex dossiers. /li liProfessional and solution-oriented approach to complex dispute management and high-level negotiations. /li liYou are fluent in bEnglish /b, bDutch /b, and bFrench /b with C1 level proficiency in bDutch /b or bFrench /b and at least B2 in the others. /li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liExperience with specific IT delivery frameworks during contract execution. /li /ul ul libStart date: /b 01/01/2027 /li libDuration: /b project until 31/12/2027 /li libWork regime: /b Part-time (50%) /li libLocation: /b Brussels /li libWorking model: /b Hybrid (with flexibility to work onsite up to 5 days per week if required) /li libContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers /li /ul
