We'd rather have people who build things carefully than people who save the day. That's how we avoid crunch: by engineering well enough that releasing on a Friday is a non-event, not an act of courage. /p pWe work mostly remotely and independently. You own your work end to end and shape your own day, but you're never on your own. We stay reachable, pair when it helps, and treat asking for help as part of the job. /p pWe keep fixed meetings to a minimum and meet when there's something worth discussing. The real meat (and meet) is in person: once we're both interested, we'll bring you in to spend proper time with us. /p pYou’ll be interviewed by the people you'd actually work with, not a hiring pa
