- Role Description /b /h3 ul liLead and drive the initiative from business analysis through solution delivery, working closely with CLT(Customer Loyalty Teams), Business stakeholders, and IT teams. /li liEngage directly with end users and business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives. /li liAnalyse business processes, document current and target-state flows, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. /li liChallenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify the most effective and sustainable solutions. /li liDemonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design skills, with the ability to understand both business and technical perspectives. /li liAct as a project lead/coordinator, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and driving timely delivery. /li liExhibit a proactive, can-do attitude, strong ownership, and accountability, escalating risks, issues, and deviations to the stakeholders when necessary. /li /ul h3bPreferred Qualifications /b /h3 ul liIT BA with more than 6 years of experience in Banking Domain /li liExperience working in complex business and IT environments. /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liExperience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or projects. /li liCandidates already based in Belgium (onshore) are preferred. /li /ul pFor more information on how we process your personal data, please refer to HCLTech's bCandidate Data Privacy Notice. /b /p
