We specialize in enabling businesses to adapt and thrive in a fast-evolving digital landscape. /p pAs an bEnterprise Architect /b, you will be instrumental in guiding the technical direction of our organization, shaping the architectural framework to align with our strategic business vision. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate business architecture models that reflect the organisation’s strategies and goals. /li liIntegrate project and programme strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies, drivers, and management priorities. /li liCreate and implement a business vision and multi-year plan. /li liSupport the rationalisation of IT systems. /li liSupport the management of corporate governance processes. /li liSupport the development and operation of project, programme, and portfolio management frameworks. /li liCoordinate the EPMO function and provide effective leadership to analysts or architects under his/her coordination. /li liCoordinate and contribute to briefing production in the digital transformation area. /li liCoordinate contributions to corporate requests in the EA and EPMO areas. /li liContribute to the delivery of the Digital Transformation strategy for DG GROW. /li liContribute to the DRPM processes of GROW.
B3. /li liContribute to the application of the principles of the new EC Digital Strategy in DG GROW. /li liConduct cost‑benefit analyses. /li liConduct As‑Is and To‑Be situation analysis and gap analysis. /li liPrepare and moderate meetings with different levels of stakeholders. /li liProvide business architecture and systems processing guidance. /li liConduct research to identify ways to improve organizational processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree at a related field. /li liMinimum 15 years of IT professional experience. /li liMinimum 13 years of experience with project, programme, and portfolio management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, PM2, MSP, MoP, etc.). /li liMinimum 10 years of experience in software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile). /li liMinimum 8 years of experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA). /li liMinimum 8 years of experience in IT governance. /li liExperience contributing to and coordinating briefings in the digital area. /li liExperience managing corporate governance processes. /li liSome experience with Enterprise Architecture modelling (e.g. BPMN, UML). /li liExperience in cost‑benefit analysis or As‑Is / To‑Be / Gap analysis. /li liExperience in team coordination. /li liExperience in consulting. /li liExperience managing stakeholders and business representatives. /li liExperience in the realization of studies. /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liEnterprise architecture frameworks, notations, and tools. /li liProject, programme, and portfolio management (strong). /li liDigital governance. /li liInformation systems lifecycle (strong). /liliSoftware development process (strong). /li liService and operations management. /li liAbility to follow and interpret internal corporate procedures and standards. /li liAbility to combine different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology‑related opportunities and problems. /li liExtensive experience with enterprise and application architecture best practices and goals. /li liExtensive experience managing corporate governance processes. /li liExcellent leadership and conciliation skills. /li liStrong communication skills, both verbal (e.g. presentations, seminars) and written (e.g. reports, articles). /li liGroup session facilitation. /li liAnalysis and design. /li liModelling and graphical representations and abstractions. /li /ul /p
