The role
We are looking for anexperienced construction professionalto support our Project Managers from our office at theCorda Campus in Hasselt.
AsTechnical Project Support & Calculator, you combine strong technical construction knowledge with calculation, quotations, purchasing and project administration.
You analyse plans and specifications, prepare calculations and quotations, compare supplier and subcontractor prices, prepare orders and help keep projects organised and on track.
This is a hands-on, office-based role for someone withsignificant construction experiencewho enjoys working independently and takes pride in accuracy, structure and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle
- Preparingcalculations, cost estimates and quotations
- Analysing plans, specifications and technical documentation
- Requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparing and following up purchase orders
- Coordinating pricing, orders and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate and structured project administration
- Providing practical and reliable support to ensure smooth project execution
Profile
- Degree in construction, engineering, interior architecture or equivalent through experience
- Extensive relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably 10+ years
- Strong experience withcalculation, cost estimation, quotations and technical project preparation
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, structural works and interior fit-out
- Fluent Dutch and a good professional knowledge of French
- Good knowledge ofEnglish is a strong advantage
- Independent, structured and accurate working style
- Hands-on and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working with deadlines and changing priorities
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
