Then you might be the customer success manager we are looking for
For a fast-growing SaaS scale up - with roots in Belgium and global reach - we are currently looking for new tech sales talent to join their tribe.
You will join a warm, international team of 60 colleagues where trust, teamwork and fun are the three main drivers.
Flexibility is key so you are able to work from home, visit tier 1 clients and get together with your colleagues in Ghent or Antwerp.
They strongly believe in giving their employees the freedom to be entrepreneurial and innovative within their expertise and grow along with the company.
Your role?
As the ambassador of successful, long term customer relations you will be responsible for:
> Setting up workshops with new clients
> Onboarding new clients within your portfolio
> Account mapping
> Account Management (up-and cross sell within current client accounts)
> Training
You will work in close collaboration with the product & IT department to help with trouble shooting and optimizing the platform.
In short you are the go-to-person for all after-sales matters within your client portfolio.
Your profile?
- We are looking for a true team player who puts the client first and has a passion for technology
- You are fluent in English and Dutch/French
- You have an international mindset and can be described as an entrepreneurial commercial prodigy with a specialty in client relations
- Previous experience in a customer success or support role is a big plus
