About the role
In this VeroTech consultancy role, you will lead and coordinate quality assurance management across bids, projects and operational interfaces in a complex, highly regulated environment. You will act as the main reference for bid and project quality assurance, helping ensure that quality practices remain consistent, efficient and robust throughout the full project lifecycle.
Working closely with Quality, Projects, Engineering, Industrial Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and support teams, you will align stakeholders, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and help turn quality commitments into realistic, achievable actions. Your contribution will support business performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
Define and improve the bid and project quality assurance framework across the organisationEnsure quality processes are deployed across bids, development, industrialisation and project executionSupport bids and projects in meeting customer, contractual, regulatory and internal quality requirementsCoordinate stakeholders across Quality, Projects, Engineering, Industrial Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain to resolve cross-functional issuesAllocate Quality Assurance resources, support priority setting and harmonise practices between sites and programmesEscalate major risks, deviations and compliance issues, and contribute to recovery plans and lessons learnedMonitor KPIs, prepare quality performance reporting and represent the function in governance meetings, reviews and auditsWhat we're looking forYou combine solid Quality Assurance experience with the ability to influence in a matrix organisation, manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with technical and managerial stakeholders. You are comfortable working in regulated industrial and project-driven environments and you bring the rigour needed to support bids, projects and continuous improvement.7 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Quality or Quality Management in industrial and project-driven environmentsExperience in aerospace, defense, transportation, energy or other regulated industries is strongly preferredProven experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management within complex organisationsExperience working with bids, development projects and industrial programmesStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100 and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and FMEAFluent English and French are required for the roleDutch is considered an assetStrong leadership without authority, communication, problem-solving and organisational skillsWhy join us?At VeroTech, you’re part of a real community where engineers grow and thrive together while working on cutting-edge projects in several sectors, enjoying flexibility and true support from colleagues.
