Application Owner

h3How do you help make a difference? /h3 pAs an Application Owner, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of SNCB applications in terms of performance, stability, coherence, lifecycle, availability, integration, and user-friendliness. You act as a subject matter expert for the applications within your portfolio, advise IT colleagues and business stakeholders, support functional analysis activities, and ensure knowledge sharing and effective use of the applications. /p h3What is your role at Ypto? /h3 p
· You act as an escalation point for incidents, problems, and service requests within the application portfolio and support operational teams in resolving functional escalations. /p p
· You document implemented solutions and provide support before, during, and after production releases. /p p
· You assume end-to-end responsibility for managing, monitoring, and maintaining applications throughout their lifecycle, ensuring continuity, availability, optimal functionality, and integration with other applications. /p p
· You create and manage the application portfolio backlog and roadmap, coordinate change implementations across sprints and releases, and align priorities with strategic objectives and Business Process Owners. /p p
· You advise Business Process Owners and IT Management on projects and portfolio evolution, coordinate issue analyses, and act as a point of contact for business and IT stakeholders. /p p
· You manage interactions with suppliers, including supplier and contract management activities, RFP processes, and version-related follow-up. /p br/ h3Why is this job a good fit for you? /h3 p

· You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. /p p
· You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Application Owner, Functional Analyst, Technical Analyst, Developer, or a comparable support-focused position. /p p

· You have experience managing production applications across run, enhancement, release, and decommission phases. /p p
· You have experience with release governance, incident management, and backlog prioritization. /p p
· You have experience coordinating with security, architecture, infrastructure, and compliance stakeholders regarding lifecycle management and remediation actions. /p p
· You have experience operating business-critical applications within governed IT environments. /p p
· You have experience in supplier and contract management, including management of external suppliers, RFPs, license management, and related activities. /p p
· You manage and coordinate issue analysis within an application portfolio. /p p
· You have experience supporting production releases and documenting implemented solutions. /p p
· You have experience advising Business Process Owners and IT Management regarding application portfolio evolution. /p h3And these soft
