You guide customers, steer conversations, translate needs into a clear plan, and you coach your colleagues to expand projects and implement best practices. /p pYou are conceptually strong, hands‑on when needed, and capable of guiding customers through bMicrosoft 365 data security and protection /b challenges. Our team works on binnovative cloud projects /b, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and data governance within M365 envrionments /p pWe operate from our offices in bAntwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège /b, and bWavre /b, and frequently collaborate bon‑site with our customers /b. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul liWork directly with customers on bMicrosoft 365 security, compliance, and data governance /b engagements. /li liCapture customer needs, advise based on experience, challenge assumptions, and steer strategic conversations. /li liDesign and implement solutions using bMicrosoft Purview /b and broader Microsoft 365 and Entra ID capabilities. /li liTake on the role of bteam driver /b: coordinating, coaching, challenging, and contributing to internal improvements. /li liTake bownership /b of your projects and help refine our service methodology. /li liHelp shape Purview related services and explore opportunities around bdata protection, governance and Copilot aligned scenarios /b. /li /ul h3Is there a match? /h3 pLet’s find out. You… /p ul liBring a vast bconsultancy experience /b within the Microsoft ecosystem with a minimum b8 years of proven project experience /b with bMicrosoft 365 workloads, security and Entra ID. /b /li liYou have proven work expertise in bMicrosoft Purview /b, or are willing to master this knowledge on a short term. You show interest in data protection, data lifecycle management, and compliancy. /li liAlready hold the SC-401 certification or willing to obtain it shortly. /li liAre comfortable leading customer conversations, managing expectations, and communicating clearly with both business and IT stakeholders. /li liCan confidently support bpresales /b: giving demos, shaping solutions, and contributing to proposal discussions. /li liCommunicate fluently and clearly, adapting your message to your audience. /li liAre capable of challenging existing processes and proposing improvements proactively. /li liSpeak bDutch and English fluently /b; French is a valuable plus. /li liAbove all, have a bconsulting mindset /b driven by ownership, client focus, and maturity. /li /ul p…then you may be the Senior Microsoft Purview Consultant we’re looking for /p /p
