Our client, a major player in the petrochemical industry, is seeking a professional to support the pre-commissioning phase of a large-scale industrial project. This role focuses on ensuring full regulatory compliance through meticulous technical document review and stakeholder coordination.
Review technical and regulatory documentation submitted by contractors to ensure project standards are met.
Assess Declarations of Conformity (DoC) and Declarations of Performance (DoP) for compliance with European directives including PED, MD, LVD, and EMC.
Verify compliance with local requirements and standards such as VLAREM, AREI, and Fire & Gas regulations.
Identify documentation findings and compliance gaps, discussing necessary resolutions with contractors and project stakeholders.
Manage and track all technical documentation using a SharePoint-based document management system.
Support the project team in finalizing all regulatory requirements to ensure a compliant transition to the commissioning phase.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
You bring 1+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, CE marking, or technical document reviews within an industrial environment.
You possess knowledge of European regulations and standards such as RoHS, CPR, and the Machinery Directive.
You are proficient in working with digital document management systems, specifically SharePoint.
You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with project teams.
You are fluent in English and Dutch.
Nice to HavesWillingness to obtain a VCA-VOL certificate.
