Your new roleAs an AI Analyst, you will become the local reference point for AI initiatives within the Belgian organisation while collaborating closely with international colleagues and AI experts from the group headquarters.
Your responsibilities include:Identifying opportunities where AI can improve processes, productivity and information managementTranslating business requirements into practical AI use cases and implementation plansSupporting the rollout and adoption of AI solutions across different departmentsParticipating in international AI projects and contributing to group-wide initiativesAssessing AI tools and proposing recommendations aligned with the organisation’s strategyCollaborating with IT, project management and business teams to ensure successful implementationActing as a backup and sparring partner for the Data Analyst within the teamPromoting AI awareness through knowledge sharing, training sessions and stakeholder engagementThis is a newly created role offering the opportunity to help shape the future AI strategy of the business.

Your profile
To succeed in this AI Analyst job, you bring a combination of business understanding, AI knowledge and stakeholder management skills.
You bring:Fluent Dutch and good English skills, French is an advantage but not requiredA higher education degree is welcome, but equivalent experience is equally valuedAt least 6 months of experience in AI, digital transformation, automation, innovation or a related fieldA good understanding of generative AI and its practical business applicationsExperience analysing business processes and identifying improvement opportunitiesThe ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA proactive and entrepreneurial mindsetWhat you'll get in returnIn exchange for your expertise, you will get for that newly created role with significant impact and visibility, a permanent position within an internal insurance environment as well as:3,800–5,000 gross/month,depending on experienceHybrid working with up to 12 homeworking days per monthFlexible
