We're looking for a senior UX designer to design an accessible website and improve written and digital communication.
What you'll do
- Create wireframes, prototypes and UX recommendations.
- Simplify letters, emails and web content.
- Gather user insights through research sessions and workshops.
- Map user experiences to identify improvements.
- Evaluate new communication channels and digital services.
What you bring
- Experience in UX design and research or service design.
- User behaviour analysis and user testing.
- Customer journey mapping.
- Workshop, interview and focus group facilitation.
- Figma and public-service design systems.
- WCAG and digital accessibility.
- Dutch (native).
- French (B1).
- English (B1).
