Here are the main responsibilities : Be the trusted first point of contact for customers and provide support via phone, email, and chat. Use your language skills to deliver clear communication and find effective solutions to customer inquiries. Create memorable customer experiences and build long-lasting relationships through outstanding service. Work closely with your colleagues in a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.
This is what the profile of a Brand Ambassador looks like: You have at least a
high school diploma . A first experience in customer service is an asset, but motivation and a customer-focused mindset are just as important. You are comfortable working with MS Office, Outlook, and Teams. You have an excellent command of
German
or Dutch, or Dutch and French. You are an excellent communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with customers. You are positive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a team environment.
