ppOur client is seeking a senior external consultant to support and help shape the future of its conversational AI capability. The assignment focuses on strengthening a Software Factory environment that enables, governs, and scales Copilot Studio solutions across the organization, while also contributing to the long-term direction of the platform and its ecosystem. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as a subject matter expert for Copilot Studio and related Power Platform technologies. /liliHelp define the roadmap and strategic vision for the evolution of the Software Factory environment. /liliEvaluate best practices, architectural patterns, governance models, and platform capabilities. /liliAdvise on scalability, maintainability, security, and operational excellence for conversational AI solutions. /liliSupport the design and implementation of complex Copilot Studio solutions. /liliGuide teams on SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management practices. /liliCollaborate with architects to translate strategic concepts into implementable solutions. /liliStay ahead of new product releases and platform enhancements, and identify adoption opportunities. /liliCoach and mentor internal team members on Copilot Studio and Power Platform best practices. /liliContribute to documentation, standards, and reusable implementation patterns. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliExtensive experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio in enterprise environments. /liliStrong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. /liliProven experience designing and implementing conversational AI solutions. /liliExperience defining platform strategy, governance, and architectural guidelines. /liliStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles. /liliHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. /liliExperience working with GitHub and source control best practices. /liliStrong Azure knowledge, including authentication, integrations, monitoring, and cloud-native services. /liliKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation. /liliExperience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and governance requirements. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliStrategic thinker with a pragmatic mindset. /liliAble to challenge existing approaches constructively. /liliComfortable working under pressure. /liliCapable of motivating, mentoring, and guiding teams through change and complexity while maintaining focus and delivery quality. /liliStrong facilitator and communicator. /liliComfortable operating at both strategic and implementation level. /liliSelf-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders. /li /ulh3Practical Information /h3ulliThis is a senior external consulting assignment. /liliLanguage
