pWe are looking for an AI Consultant (6 years of experience) for an 18-month project in Brussels with a hybrid work model. You will support the adoption and responsible use of AI across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and AI governance. The start date is as soon as possible. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and prioritize high-value AI and analytics use cases. /li liAssess processes and practices to identify automation opportunities. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to capture ideas and evaluate the feasibility and impact of AI solutions. /li liSupport the design and implementation of proofs of concept and pilots. /li liAlign projects with business priorities and the applicable AI governance framework. /li liSupport employees in using existing AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot. /li liCreate reference prompt libraries for HR use cases. /li liAct as a bridge between business teams and central AI departments. /li liShare best practices and success stories to promote AI adoption. /li liRaise awareness of AI opportunities across departments. /li liDeliver training, workshops, coaching sessions, presentations, and hands-on sessions on AI-powered tools. /li /ul h3Must-Have Requirements /h3 ul liSix years of relevant experience are required. /li liStrong knowledge of AI and Generative AI, including LLMs, chatbots, predictive models, and their applications in HR, is required. /li liFamiliarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations is required. /li liExperience leading transformation initiatives is required. /li liStrong experience delivering workshops, coaching sessions, training, and presentations is required. /li /ul
