Inetum - Solution Architect / Presales Lead (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)

br/br/We are looking for a senior Solution Architect and Presales Lead who combines deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO expertise with a strong commercial instinct and the ability to design winning, scalable solutions. In this role, you will be the technical and functional anchor during the Sales process
- from opportunity identification to proposal and contract award
- and will transition into the delivery phase as the solution authority ensuring architectural integrity throughout implementation.br/br/Your responsibilitiesbr/br/Solution architecture:br/br/Design holistic, scalable D365 FO solutions that address complex business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or other modulesbr/br/Define the overall solution blueprint including integrations, data migration strategy, security design and extension approachbr/br/Ensure architectural decisions follow Microsoft best practices and align with client IT strategybr/br/Evaluate build vs. configure trade-offs and guide the use of ISV solutions where appropriatebr/br/Maintain architectural oversight during delivery, resolving design conflicts and ensuring solution integritybr/br/Presales business development:br/br/Lead RFP/RFI responses, coordinating cross-functional input to create compelling and commercially sound proposalsbr/br/Conduct discovery workshops and client demos to understand needs and position Inetum's D365 value propositionbr/br/Create and present solution designs, implementation roadmaps and ROI analyses for client executivesbr/br/Collaborate with Sales teams to develop pricing, effort estimates and engagement modelsbr/br/Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft account teams to identify and progress joint opportunitiesbr/br/Client advisory:br/br/Act as a trusted advisor to CIO/CFO-level stakeholders on their ERP strategy and digital transformation roadmapbr/br/Facilitate architecture review boards, technology assessments and solution validation workshopsbr/br/Guide clients on cloud transition, data strategy, and integration of D365 FO with the broader Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Teams)br/br/Practice development:br/br/Contribute to the development of Inetum's solution offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market assets for D365 FObr/br/Define and promote architectural standards and patterns within the D365 practicebr/br/Support capability development by mentoring senior consultants and sharing architectural expertisebr/br/Represent Inetum at Microsoft events, community forums, and client roundtablesbr/br/Qualificationsbr/br/Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO or Dynamics AX, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or senior presales rolebr/br/Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end D365 FO solutions across multiple functional domainsbr/br/Strong knowledge of integration patterns (Dataverse, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Data Entities) and data migration approachesbr/br/Track record of winning complex ERP deals through high-quality presales and solution designbr/br/Excellent executive presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiencesbr/br/Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and commercial structuresbr/br/Fluent in English and Dutch or Frenchbr/br/Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or higher is requiredbr/br/Azure or Power Platform certifications are a strong plusbr/br/Nice to have:br/br/Experience in a Microsoft partner environmentbr/br/Knowledge of complementary ISV solutions in the D365 ecosystembr/br/Experience with Microsoft Fasttrack for Dynamics 365 programmebr/br/Exposure to industry cloud solutions (e.g. Microsoft Cloud for Manufacturing, Financial Services)br/br/Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of consultants and/or developersbr/br/
