Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, document and refine business requirements for regulatory and operational change initiatives
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, Functional Analysts and process experts within an Agile environment
- Support initiatives driven by evolving regulations, market practices, tax requirements and industry messaging standards
- Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across business and technology teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of securities-related processes and services What We're Looking For
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst within Securities Services, Custody, Asset Servicing or Private Banking
- Strong understanding of securities settlement and related operational processes
- Experience delivering regulatory and business change projects within financial services
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and engage with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English plus French and/or Dutch What's on Offer
- Long-term commitment with work expected to run for up to 3 years
- Collaborative environment within a cross-functional team of business and technology specialists
- Hybrid working model
