Elicit, challenge and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders, including FP&A, Business Controllers and Consolidation teams.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support solution design activities.
Analyze processes, data flows and business challenges to identify effective solutions.
Work with finance stakeholders to understand reporting, planning, consolidation and performance management requirements.
Facilitate communication between business users, project teams and technical experts.
Participate in functional analysis, testing and validation activities to ensure successful delivery of key project milestones.
Support data analysis and reconciliation efforts where required.
Bring structure and clarity to complex situations while supporting multiple initiatives and shifting priorities.
