We're working with a global leader in specialty chemicals and ingredients, one of the largest customers of Microsoft Dynamics 365 worldwide, on a genuinely high-impact, in-house opportunity within their Group ERP team.
As Production, Warehousing & Quality (PWQ) Delivery Lead, you'll be the global subject matter expert for Production, Quality Management and Advanced Warehousing within D365, reporting into the Group ERP Manager. You'll shape the global template, drive strategic improvements, lead functional initiatives, and ensure standardisation and best practice adoption across a genuinely international business spanning 60+ countries.
This is a role with real, visible impact, directly touching the daily operations of hundreds of people across the business, working in a project-oriented, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the recognised subject matter expert in D365 Production, Quality Management and Advanced Warehousing, contributing to system design decisions
- Stay current with industry best practice, the Microsoft roadmap, and new PWQ-relevant functionality
- Align continuously with regional teams globally, training them to ensure consistent delivery against group processes
- Configure Dynamics 365 SCM in line with the group ERP team's direction
- Lead functional process design for approved changes, focused on standardisation and user adoption
- Support projects: fit & gap analysis, requirement gathering and sign-off, ERP training for key/end users and regional teams, UAT, cutover and hypercare
- Execute optimisation and automation projects within the PWQ domain
- Provide 3rd line support for live entities via the ticketing system
- Strengthen and empower the ERP Champions community What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' relevant ERP experience
- Good functional understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Agile methodology and Azure DevOps (or similar) experience preferred
- LIMS or quality management systems experience an advantage, not essential
- Open to international travel to warehouses and production sites as needed
- Curious, innovative mindset, comfortable driving disruptive change
- Strong English communication skills
