A growing global clinical supply organisation is seeking a Director of Comparator Sourcing to lead and develop its European operation.
This is not a traditional sourcing role. It is a senior leadership opportunity to shape strategy, build capability, and play a key role in expanding the company’s European presence.
Working closely with international leadership teams, you will take ownership of European comparator sourcing, operations, client relationships, and future team growth.
About the Organisation
The company specialises in comparator sourcing and clinical supply solutions, supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies with the procurement and global supply of comparator medicines for clinical trials.
With established international operations and European infrastructure already in place, the business is investing heavily in its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the European comparator sourcing strategy
- Act as the senior European representative for the business
- Oversee and support European operations
- Collaborate with global sourcing teams
- Build relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients
