pWe're looking for an experienced Data Lifecycle Management professional to join our client's team and support the development and implementation of data governance initiatives within a large and complex organisation. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that information management, records retention and archiving practices meet business needs and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders across different business units, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and translating governance requirements into practical solutions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliContribute to the development and implementation of data governance and lifecycle management initiatives across the organisation. /liliSupport the establishment and continuous improvement of records management, data retention and archiving practices. /liliEnsure that information management processes align with internal policies, business requirements and applicable regulatory frameworks. /liliCoordinate cross-functional activities and collaborate with senior stakeholders and business-unit representatives to ensure effective implementation. /liliTranslate regulatory and governance requirements into actionable initiatives and practical solutions. /liliFacilitate alignment between different teams and stakeholders within a large and complex organisational environment. /li /ulh3Profile Experience /h3ulliMaster's degree in IT, Data Management, Information Governance or Project/Programme Management, or equivalent expertise gained through relevant professional experience. /liliAt least 8 years of professional experience in IT, data management, information governance or project/programme delivery within organisations employing more than 1,000 people. /liliAt least 3 years of specific experience in data lifecycle management, records and retention management or archiving within large organisations. /liliProven experience coordinating or leading cross-functional initiatives involving senior management and business-unit stakeholders. /liliSolid understanding of data lifecycle management principles, records management, retention policies and archiving practices. /liliExperience working within data governance or information governance environments. /liliGood understanding of regulatory requirements related to data retention and information management, particularly GDPR and NIS2. /liliStrong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex organisational structures. /li /ulh3Contactperson Reference /h3ulliReference #: INW28736 /liliPieter Messely /li /ul
