Your responsibilitiesAdvise national and international clients on acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Work on share deals, asset deals, corporate transactions and private equity matters.
Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
Draft and negotiate transaction documentation.
Support clients with post-deal matters, including integration.
Work on cross-border transactions alongside international teams and act as a key point of contact for clients.
About youYou hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law; an additional degree relevant to M&A is an asset.
You have 2 to 6 years of experience as a lawyer, with broad transactional experience including share deals, asset deals, corporate and private equity transactions.
Experience with transactions in the real estate sector is a plus.
You are passionate about transactions and driven by getting the deal done.
You are a native French speaker and fluent in English.
