We are seeking a SeniorBusiness Unit Manager to join our growing team in Belgium. This is a key role where you will drive business development, build strong client relationships, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.
Your MissionTake the lead and run your own Business Unit at MCA Belgium. We're looking for a driven leader to grow teams, build strong client relationships, and drive business success: Lead and coach your team of Business ManagersGrow and manage a solid client portfolioOversee the recruitment and development of talented engineersBuild and execute your BU strategy in line with company goalsDrive performance, growth, and innovationReady to take the reins?
