JOB DESCRIPTION

BACKGROUND

  • The Client has deployed Microsoft 365 and is migrating several versions of legacy Office to this single foundation.
  • In the absence of coordination, three risks are identified: the anarchic multiplication of collaborative spaces, the dispersion of documents, and insufficient adoption of solutions due to a lack of understanding of the new possibilities for organizing work that they offer.
  • This third risk is the most structuring: having the tools is not enough if the teams do not perceive the interest in their daily activity.

Objective:

  • The mission aims to coordinate the adoption of Microsoft 365 across all departments, to train and coach users — including individually and in large numbers — and to make the link between business needs and technical managers in order to frame configuration choices in the best interests of IT and business, while respecting hospital constraints: security, patient data privacy, regulatory compliance.

SCOPE:

  • The scope covers all Microsoft 365 suite solutions made available to agents, with priority given to Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot. Adoption and support of users: design and run a training system adapted to the different profiles (caregivers, administrative staff, management), provide local coaching, including individual coaching, and lead a network of internal relays ("digital champions") in each department.
  • Business – IT scoping: arbitrate with technical managers the structuring configuration decisions — organization and nomenclature of spaces, controlled creation, internal and external sharing, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, retention and life cycle — and trace the trade-offs. Project coordination: establish and maintain the project plan, lead comitology, monitor risks and dependencies, produce reporting.
  • An ability to design and develop automations (Power Automate) as well as a good understanding of identity and access mechanisms is an important asset and will be valued during the evaluation of applications.

DELIVERABLES:

  • Project plan; Microsoft 365 usage charter validated by the Steering Committee; model of organization of spaces by department and by project; rules for the governance of the life cycle of spaces; training and communication plan; adoption dashboard and monitoring reports.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Profile combining Microsoft 365 adoption and change management with a strong project coordination capacity, having worked in a complex environment (hospital or public sector).
  • Mastery of M365 governance models (nomenclature, space lifecycle, rights management, archiving).
  • Proven ability to train and support non-technical users, both collectively and individually, and to attract the support of teams whose first priority is care.
  • Ability to interact with technical profiles to frame the configuration.
  • GDPR sensitivity and health data. xirbnpk

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • Consistent and sustainable adoption of tools in all directions, reduced anarchic creation of spaces, documented practices, better compliance and increased productivity — all in the service of a common and shared digital culture.

SKILLS:
