With more than 10,000 employees spread over 60 locations we are entering an exciting period with our presence in Brussels, the capital of Europe. /p pTo talentpool and company growth, sector consulting Insurance team, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst General Insurance /p h3Your role /h3 pThe Senior Business Analyst / Consultant – General Insurance (PC / Motor) will be responsible for analysing, designing, and optimizing end‑to‑end processes and systems supporting the General Insurance product portfolio. The role focuses on aligning business requirements with IT solutions and ensuring the efficient delivery of digital transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, billing, and policy administration within the Belgian PC market. /p h3Your key challenges are: /h3 ul liManaging complex functional requirements across multiple insurance lines (Motor, Property, Liability, etc.). /li liEnsuring smooth integration between core insurance platforms and digital customer interfaces. /li liAligning process improvements with Belgian and EU regulatory frameworks (IDD, GDPR, FSMA). /li liManaging multilingual communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholders (FR/EN/NL). /li liSupporting modernization initiatives in a legacy system environment. /li /ul h3Your tasks
responsibilities:
/h3 ul liAnalyse and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for insurance systems. /li liWork closely with underwriting, claims, product management, IT, and compliance teams. /li liMap current and future business processes (BPMN/UML) and identify improvement opportunities. /li liDefine test cases and support UAT for system enhancements and product launches. /li liCollaborate with technical architects to ensure functional integrity and scalability of solutions. /li liSupport process digitalisation and automation initiatives (FNOL, e‑claims, motor assessment). /li liContribute to the integration of third-party services (brokers, reinsurers, repair networks, etc.). /li liEnsure data quality, policy accuracy, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Technical Functional
requirements:
/h3 ul liSolid understanding of PC insurance (Motor, Home, Liability, Commercial lines). /li liKnowledge of Belgian insurance regulatory framework (FSMA, Assuralia standards). /li liExperience with insurance policy administration, claims, and billing systems. /li liProficiency in business analysis methodologies (Agile, BABOK, BPMN). /li liExperience with digital platforms and process automation tools. /li liData literacy: ability to analyse and interpret business data (SQL, Power BI, or similar). /li liUnderstanding of integrations via APIs and microservices architectures. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Insurance, or Information Systems. /li liPreferred certifications: CBAP, Agile BA, or Lean Six Sigma. /li liMinimum 7 years of experience in General Insurance (Motor/PC) business analysis or consulting. /li liProven background in insurance process optimisation or digital transformation. /li liExperience in BeNeLux insurance markets essential. /li liTrack record of working on large-scale system or regulatory projects (claims automation, Solvency II, IDD). /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. /li liExcellent communication across functional and cultural boundaries. /li liCollaborative, proactive, and customer‑oriented approach. /li liAbility to handle complex multi‑stakeholder projects in a trilingual environment. /li /ul /p
