pWe’re looking for a senior incident analyst to resolve transactional message-exchange incidents in the Belgian energy market. You’ll analyse impact, define recovery actions and coordinate fixes with IT providers and market participants. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liAnalyse incidents and their impact on systems and market participants. /li liCreate, document and execute workarounds and recovery actions. /li liCoordinate incident resolution with IT providers, DGOs, TSOs and suppliers. /li liShare solutions and maintain the knowledge base. /li liIdentify recurring incidents for problem and change analysis. /li liFollow incident procedures and check service quality. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liAt least five years' relevant experience in incident analysis. /li liITIL Foundation Certificate and Scrum Master or Product Owner certification. /li liThree years in message exchange: Structure, Rectification, Measure and Cross. /li liThree years' experience in the Belgian energy market. /li liMIG6 and/or MIG DGO knowledge. /li liSQL query writing, modification and execution; data analysis. /li liFive years defining business and functional requirements, including BPMN modelling. /li liFive years managing third-party IT service providers. /li liExperience developing and managing escalation procedures. /li liIncident ticketing tools such as TopDesk, Jira or ServiceNow. /li liAzure DevOps and user story creation. /li liDutch or French (C1), with the other national language at B2. /li liEnglish (C1). /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liFive years as a functional analyst. /li liExperience with a project methodology. /li liKnowledge of the underlying database structure and linked applications. /li liStatus reporting experience. /li /ul h3Good to know /h3 ul liOccasional travel to other sites or third-party premises. /li /ul
