Our client, a leading organization in the energy and utilities sector, is looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join a major workforce management and digitalization program. The role involves supporting existing grid management applications and contributing to the design and delivery of innovative technical solutions.
- Support existing Salesforce applications through efficient incident management, problem resolution, and evolutive maintenance.
- Design and implement custom technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to support field operations and digitalization.
- Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications through direct collaboration with stakeholders.
- Perform system and API analysis to ensure seamless integration with the existing technical landscape.
- Ensure the architectural integrity of implementations in alignment with established development lifecycles.
- Apply Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality increments in a dynamic project environment.
- You bring 3+ years of experience in custom and technical Salesforce implementations.
- You possess 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst, including requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- You have 2+ years of experience in direct collaboration with business stakeholders to develop and implement tailored solutions.
- You possess current certifications as a Salesforce Certified Application Architect , Salesforce Administrator , and Salesforce Platform Developer I .
- You have proven experience working with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) .
- You bring demonstrated experience working with Agile methodologies.
- You are fluent in English with fluency in either French or Dutch .
Nice to Haves
- 3+ years of experience with ITSM tools, preferably Jira .
- 3+ years of experience within the energy or utilities sector.
- Knowledge of modeling tools and API analysis.
- Possession of a Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect certification.
- Willingness to evolve in a hybrid functional and technical role.
- Start date: 04/01/2027
- Duration: 24 months
