We are looking for a Senior Agile Transformation Coach with 10+ years of experience in IT and organizational transformation to join a major Public Sector transformation project in Brussels.
📍 Location: Brussels – South Tower / Zuidertoren
🏠 Work model: Hybrid | Full-time
📅 Start date: 22/10/2026
🗣️ Languages: Dutch or French + English, with good passive knowledge of the second national language
📄 Contract: B2B / Independent Contractor
🔎 Your role
You will play a key role in driving the Agile transformation of a large IT organization, supporting the evolution towards a more autonomous, sustainable and business-oriented Agile way of working.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assessing Agile maturity and identifying improvement opportunities
• Defining a clear IT transformation strategy and roadmap
• Supporting the design of the target operating model and Agile governance
• Establishing KPIs, OKRs and flow metrics to measure transformation progress
• Coaching and mentoring an internal Agile Coaching team
• Coaching IT executives and management teams towards servant leadership and greater autonomy
• Driving organizational change and continuous improvement
💡 What are we looking for?
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Agile / IT organizational transformation
✔️ Strong experience as an Agile Transformation Coach, Enterprise Agile Coach or Transformation Lead
✔️ Proven experience with Agile maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps
✔️ Experience with Agile operating models, governance and organizational design
✔️ Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, flow metrics and continuous improvement
✔️ Experience coaching senior IT leadership / executives
✔️ Experience mentoring or developing Agile Coaches
✔️ Experience working within large and complex organizations
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔️ French or Dutch + English, with passive knowledge of the other national language
✔️ Available to work hybrid in Brussels
✔️ Available on a B2B / Independent Contractor basis
Please note that the selection process also includes two written transformation-related questions, including a practical case study based on your previous experience.
