ppJob Title: Staff Digital Design Engineer /p pLocation: Leuven, Belgium /p pJob Type: Permanent /p pSalary: DOE /p h3Role Overview /h3 pDesign advanced digital building blocks for various applications, incl. but not limited to power management, low-power low-voltage applications. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMicro-architecture specification development and design documentation /li liRTL development using VHDL or Verilog/System Verilog, according to functional requirements and following design guidelines /li liLint, CDC, Synthesis, Power Optimization /li liSoft and hard IP identification, selection and integration /li liTiming and power constraints development /li liCollaboration with analog design team for mixed-signal designs /li liCollaboration with verification team in verification plan development and debug /li liCollaboration with physical design team to close the design on timing and power /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul liB.
S. or M.
S. degree in Electrical Engineering, microelectronics preferred. /li li4+ yrs' industry experience in RTL development /li liAdvanced knowledge of RTL design using VHDL or Verilog/System Verilog /li liKnowledge of UVM Testbench development /li liStrong communication and presentation skills in English /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liKnowledge of mixed signal concepts /li liHands-on experience with synthesis and/or place-and-route /li liAble to work in a team /li liGood problem solving skills and being able to implement solutions autonomously /li liUnderstanding of Dutch language /li /ul /p
