Electro-Mechanical Technician / Process Operator Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the startup, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of an industrial processing installation. The role combines process operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and administrative reporting within a production environment operating in a shift system.

Key Responsibilities
Support the startup and commissioning of new industrial process installations. Monitor and operate process equipment and automated production systems. Perform routine inspections, sampling, measurements, and process parameter adjustments. Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical and mechanical faults. Execute preventive maintenance activities on equipment and installations. Monitor process trends and intervene when operational deviations occur. Complete operational documentation, reports, and administrative follow-up tasks. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. Collaborate closely with maintenance and operations teams to optimize plant performance. Required Skills & Experience Good knowledge of electromechanics and industrial electricity. Experience operating and monitoring industrial production or process installations. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment. Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational responsibilities. Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and digital reporting tools. Experience working in a shift-based environment is preferred. Certifications Valid BA4 or BA5 electrical safety certification is mandatory. Compliance with industrial safety regulations and procedures is required. Working Conditions Full-time assignment in a two-shift system (early and late shifts, with occasional day shifts if required). Work is performed on-site in an industrial environment. Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety helmet, safety footwear, work clothing, and gas detection equipment.
