Key Responsibilities
Analyze client business needs and client business processes, and translate them into functional specifications.
Understand customer goals and challenges and map those to Microsoft solutionsDevelop a high degree of Microsoft product knowledge with the eagerness to learn other solutionsUnderstand the technical capabilities of Power Platform, Dynamics and/or Azure Foundry; notions of Agent365 is a plus You will assist customers in the decision-making process and act as a trusted advisorManage project tracks from A-ZFurther grown our internal offering and teams. Participate in presales activities and product demonstrations.
Actively share product and functional knowledge within the teamYour Profile You have:Master’s degree in economics or ITHands-on experience with the Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Copilot, Copilot Studio and/or Azure Foundry4 to 8 years of working experienceYou have either relevant Microsoft certifications or you are willing to achieve the certificate in the near futureHaving a Frontier Engineer Badge is a plusA view on geopolitical sovereignty within the MS ecosystem is a plusNotions of Fabric is a plusWillingness to work on-site at the customer within Belgium. Travel might be required, depending on customer needs.
Languages: English and Dutch / French is a must.
