Transforming knowledge into a strategic resource is our company mission, and we pursue it with the help of our most strategic asset: our people. /p h3Technical Architect – Advanced /h3 h3TASKS /h3 ul liDesign and implemented enterprise-grade architectures, APIs, and full-stack applications. /li liLead technical strategy, development teams, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery. /li liEnsure scalability, security, performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements. /li liDefine architecture standards, conducted code reviews, and delivered technical documentation and governance. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liSolution Architecture, Technical Leadership, and Project Management expertise with a proven track record in delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions. /li liStrong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OVH). /li liExtensive full-stack development experience using Java, Python, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, and React. /li liProficient in designing, developing, and securing RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations. /li liSkilled in database design, data modelling, SQL development, and relational database management systems (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL). /li liHands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering practices. /li liStrong understanding of security principles, networking concepts, architecture governance, and technical documentation standards. /li liExperience with legal document automation and AI-assisted development tools. /li liProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, conduct code reviews, and drive end-to-end solution delivery. /li liExpertise in Agile, Scrum, Lean Agile, PRINCE2, and PMBOK methodologies, with strong capabilities in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and governance. /li liAdvanced user of JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and SharePoint, with extensive experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and executive reporting /li /ul h3CERTIFICATES /h3 ul liOptional: One of the following or an equivalent certification: PM², Project Management Professional (PMP), or PRINCE2. /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul liStrong problem-solving and solution design skills, focused on scalable and sustainable architectures. /li liEffective communicator with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders. /li liProven leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and team mentoring capabilities. /li liResults-driven professional able to balance strategic vision, delivery priorities, and risk management. /li liAdaptable and collaborative, with experience in international and multicultural environments. /li liExcellent presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with fluency in English. /li /ul h3Language knowledge /h3 pEnglish B2+ /p h3Office /h3 pBrussels (Belgium), far‑site service provision with possible onsite presence as deemed necessary during the execution of specific contract. /p h3Minimum level of qualification /h3 pMaster’s degree and 10 years of experience or 17 years of experience. /p pOur personnel search is addressed to candidates of all genders. /p pThe data will be processed and stored exclusively for the purposes of this or future selections, in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Law (LPD) and guaranteeing the rights referred to in art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) /p
