About our role:

Our client is a leading Belgian bank looking for an experienced AI Coach to support the adoption and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across different business departments.

AI adoption is becoming a strategic priority across financial services, but successful implementation depends on much more than technology. Organisations need employees who understand how to identify valuable use cases, work effectively with AI tools and apply them within appropriate governance, risk and ethical frameworks.

In this role, you will act as a facilitator, advisor and trainer, helping teams turn AI opportunities into practical improvements. You will identify and prioritise valuable use cases, support Proofs of Concept and pilots, coach employees in the use of existing AI solutions and help ensure initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and responsible AI principles.

What you will be doing:

• Your main responsibility will be to accelerate responsible AI adoption by identifying high-value use cases, coaching teams and translating AI capabilities into measurable business improvements.
• Assess existing business processes to identify automation and AI opportunities, evaluate their feasibility and impact, and prioritise initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of AI Proofs of Concept and pilots, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards and responsible AI requirements.
• Coach employees in the effective day-to-day use of existing AI solutions such as Copilot, developing practical resources including prompt libraries, guidelines and reusable best practices.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and hands-on demonstrations that improve AI literacy and help employees understand Generative AI, LLMs and other emerging capabilities in practical terms.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and central AI experts, promoting adoption, sharing success stories and supporting change initiatives that embed AI sustainably into working practices.

What you bring:

• At least six years of relevant experience in analytics, digital transformation, AI adoption, change management or a related business and technology role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, including LLMs, chatbots, predictive models and common enterprise AI applications, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience identifying AI use cases, supporting Proofs of Concept and translating business challenges into feasible analytics or AI initiatives with measurable value.
• Good understanding of AI governance, ethical considerations and risk management, combined with experience supporting organisational transformation and responsible technology adoption.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills, with proven experience leading workshops, training sessions and stakeholder discussions across different levels of an organisation.
• Fluent English together with fluency in either Dutch or French and at least a basic working knowledge of the other language. A proactive, analytical, empathetic and business-oriented approach is essential.
