Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including use cases and user stories.
Facilitate stakeholder management by acting as the bridge between business units and technical development teams.
Document and optimize business processes using BPMN and DMN standards.
Develop comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
Apply user story mapping techniques to align project scope with user needs.
Provide technical insights for applications within multi-tier and web-enabled environments.5+ years of experience as a functional analyst working on large-scale, business-critical applications.
You possess experience with technical environments and have working knowledge of Javascript.
You bring proven experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
You have experience with user story mapping, writing use cases, and defining test cases.
You’re experienced in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
Nice to HavesExperience with BPMN, DMN, and workflow automation tools like Camunda.
Knowledge of OO design concepts, UML, and multi-tier architectures.
Experience with data modeling techniques and Postgres databases.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian Tools.
