ppThe Haerens group is a fast‑growing family business, active in high‑tech fire and security doors, international museum installations and high‑tech glass under the brands Eribel, Meyvaert, Vitrotec and GMC Haerens. Our team consists of more than 450 dedicated employees, 3 production sites in Belgium and multiple hubs/production sites abroad (UK; France, Romania, Spain, Poland). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, configure, maintain, and upgrade our business software applications in the fields of CRM, ERP and Business Reporting (cloud based). /li liAct as a key stakeholder in our business software upgrade projects: ul liLegacy CRM applications to Dynamics 365 Sales /li liLegacy ERP applications to Dynamics 365 Business Central /li liLegacy Business Reporting applications to Microsoft Azure Data Lake and Microsoft Power BI. /li /ul /li libStrategic Alignment: /b Work with stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our stack of business software enhances business efficiency. /li libSupport Troubleshooting: /b Provide high‑level technical support, analyse system malfunctions, and ensuring high availability and performance. /li libGovernance Documentation: /b ul liCreate and enforce application standards, security protocols, data integrity checks, and user documentation. /li liDesign, maintain and document our core business processes in collaboration with the different business entities and ensure that the business software support these processes. /li /ul /li libVendor Management: /b Manage vendors relationship, and follow‑up the budget for software licenses and support. /li libSoftware Asset Management (SAM): /b Build and maintain the comprehensive list of business application software and its related items (users, roles, licenses, etc.). /li /ul h3Profile /h3 h3Professional profile background /h3 ul liYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a computer science or equivalent through experience. /li liYou have 3 or more years of experience in a similar role. /li liYou are able to understand and analyse business requests, provide conceptual solutions and turn them into reliable, scalable solutions for all users. /li liYou have proven experience in BPM (Business Process Modelling). /li liYou have proven relevant work experience(s) with some of the following technologies: ul liMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. /li liMicrosoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents). /li liMicrosoft Cloud Technology (especially Azure). /li liMicrosoft SQL Server. /li liCAD / CAM software. /li liProduct Configuration software / Configure Price Quote (CPQ). /li /ul /li liYou have proven work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. /li liYou are fluent in English and have a very good professional knowledge of Dutch and French (spoken and written). /li /ul h3Personal characteristics /h3 ul liYou fully recognize yourself in our core values: Passionately committed, Solution driven, Team, Care. /li liYou have an eye for detail and work accurately. /li liYour communication skills help you to work together constructively and effectively within a team and with stakeholders. /li liYou have a strong interest in business application management and are driven to continue to strengthen your expertise. /li liYou consider short work trips to the various locations as a nice extra in the job. /li liA commercial attitude and business acumen can be an added advantage in building and maintaining certain partnerships and relationships. /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liA versatile position with a lot of variation and autonomy in a dynamic and fast‑growing international environment. /li liWorking at group level to support all activities with the potential for international challenges. /li liBeing part of a loyal, collegial and driven team in which everyone helps each other to become better together. /li liA progressive HR policy with attention to each individual, with many development opportunities. /li liAutonomy around your time schedule and flexibility in work location, with our modern office on the outskirts of bustling Ghent as a base in combination with trips to our sites in Rijkevorsel and our foreign BUs (currently France, Spain, Poland, Romania, UK). /li liVarious initiatives around well‑being at work: a runners' club, relaxed lunch room, healthy food, etc. /li liAn attractive salary package including a company car, fuel card, group and hospitalisation insurance, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, the possibility of a bicycle lease and other job‑related benefits. /li li12 ADV days on top of statutory leave and public holidays. /li /ul h3Interested? /h3 pIs this position a good match with your experience and ambitions?
