Job Description
This role sits within the Digital Technology, Communication & Changeteam, whose mission is to drive digital adoption and support digitaltransformation across the organization.
The consultant will support two Communities of Practice:
- Functional System Owner Community
The role combines bothChange ManagementandDigital/ IT expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Change Management Community
- Maintain and enhance change management frameworks,methodologies, and toolkits.
- Support the growth and maturity of the community.
- Contribute to learning and capability-buildingjourneys.
- Capture and integrate best practices into existingmethodologies.
Functional System Owner Community
- Develop and execute communication plans.
- Coordinate training and engagement initiatives.
- Perform stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.
- Support organizational changes linked to digitalsystems and processes.
Requirements
Must Have
Strong Change Management experience, including:
- Communication planning
- Stakeholder mapping
- Training and adoption activities
- Change strategies and execution
Ability to interact with confidently both technical and businessstakeholders.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across allorganizational levels.
Practical, hands-on approach with willingness to drive operationalactivities.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as an Engineer, Developer,Domain Lead, or similar Digital role.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AI, Power Apps, Copilot, orautomation initiatives.
- Experience building Communities of Practice.
- Experience supporting large-scale digitaltransformation programs.
- Experience in a global and matrix organization.
