What You'll Do

Coordinate the day-to-day support, maintenance and follow-up of assigned applications and services.
Act as the key contact between business users, internal IT teams and external suppliers.
Analyse business requests, incidents and problems and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Document processes, requirements, functional specifications, test scenarios and expected results.
Coordinate application changes, upgrades, implementations and post-implementation activities.
Assess impacts, dependencies and risks and ensure requests reach the appropriate IT team.
Coordinate testing, including UAT, regression testing, defect follow-up and test documentation.
Follow up on incidents and problems through to resolution.
Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

What you bring

3+ years of experience in functional analysis, application management, application support, service coordination or a comparable IT role.
Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements or specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify underlying causes.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across business, IT and/or external suppliers.
Practical experience with software/application testing and test coordination.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A hands-on, pragmatic and service-oriented mindset.
Strong affinity with IT applications and processes; software development experience is not required.
