We provide an inclusive work environment and support wellbeing and work-life balance. br / br / b Mission /b br /Support the investment activities of Candriam's Institutional Portfolio Management team by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of portfolio data, analyses, and operational processes. br / br /The Investment Support Officer acts as a key partner to portfolio managers, contributing to portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and investment decision support. br / br /This role plays a central part in enhancing investment processes, supporting governance, and facilitating coordination across front office, risk, sales reporting, and operational teams. br / br / b Responsabilities /b br /
• Provide daily support to portfolio managers through monitoring of investment limits, NAV validation, and performance analysis. br /
• Contribute to portfolio construction activities by supporting rebalancing processes and replicating benchmark risk exposures. br /
• Manage liquidity through execution and monitoring of money market and repo transactions. br /
• Prepare and analyse investment data for economic presentations, internal committees, client presentations and strategic discussions. br /
• Produce forward-looking analyses such as accounting return projections for insurance companies and fee simulations. br /
• Ensure consistency and quality of investment data across systems used for portfolio management, risk, and reporting. br /
• Act as a liaison between portfolio management and internal stakeholders (risk, compliance, IT, client servicing). br /
• Coordinate and contribute to responses to RFPs and client-specific investment requests. br /
• Participate in the development and enhancement of investment tools (Excel, VBA, PowerBI), including automation of existing analyses. br / br / b Profile /bStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to summarise complex data or operational issues clearly. br / br /Fluent in English as well as Dutch. br / br /Min 1 to 3 years of experience in an asset management company as portfolio assistant, risk officer or equivalent position. br / br /Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products (fixed income, equities, multi-asset). br / br /Proven ability to coordinate with multiple teams and resolve operational issues across systems and data sources. br / br /Familiarity with ESG and financial data. br / br /Advanced Excel skills; experience with portfolio management systems (BBG, Factset) and reporting tools. br / br /Collaborative, flexible, and eager to contribute to process improvement initiatives. br / br /#LI-POST br / br / bPosition location /b b Job location /bEurope, Belgium br / br / b City /bBrussels br / br / bCandidate criteria /b b Education /b3.
