The analysts have the numbers. You build what makes senior leaders actually read them.
A data analysis team at an international defence organisation in Brussels needs a developer who can turn data from many sources into clean web applications and dashboards for senior leadership. The work is mostly remote, with a handful of visits to Brussels.
What you would be doing
Designing, building and deploying web applications and dashboards with modern front-end frameworks
Bringing data from classified and unclassified sources into those systems, with Python and ETL tooling doing the conversion and preparation
Extending the team's data collection tools in line with what stakeholders ask for, and testing them with the people who use them
Building dashboards for leadership in Python or Power BI
Documenting code, endpoints and architecture, writing training material and handing knowledge over to staff
Supporting security testing and approval, reporting progress and flagging risks to the timeline early
What you would bring
At least 5 years of web development in JavaScript and HTML with React, Vue.js or Angular
Extensive MS SQL experience; .NET is an advantage
Python for automation, ETL and analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) and experience building backend services or pipelines
Dashboards built for senior stakeholders in Python and/or Power BI
Git, Agile ways of working and a bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, IT or similar
Advanced English and clear, confident communication
Why this one is worth a look Your work lands directly in front of senior decision-makers, the pattern is largely remote, and it sits under a standing framework rather than a one-off project.
