ppOur client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a Technical Business Consultant to join their technical order fulfillment team. The role focuses on maximizing business value by translating complex needs into concepts and future‑proof solutions for provisioning and inventory landscapes. This position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology partners to support large‑scale transformation initiatives. /p ul liTranslate business needs into clear technical documentation for external delivery partners. /li liPerform requirements and impact analysis on existing processes, systems, and tools. /li liDevelop conceptual solution designs and evaluate innovative approaches for infrastructure projects. /li liDefine acceptance criteria and validate end‑to‑end solutions to ensure technical alignment. /li liProvide strategic input for roadmaps and business cases to support decision‑making. /li liCollaborate closely with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. /li liEnsure high‑quality implementation by supporting change management and maintaining documentation. /li /ul ul li5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Consultant or Functional Analyst. /li liStrong expertise in bprocess modelling /b and bprocess management /b. /li liProven experience with bNetcracker /b products. /li liProficiency in bSOAP /b and bREST /b, including bAPI /b documentation using bSwagger /b. /li liExperience working with both bCOTS /b and custom-built applications within bOSS /b environments. /li liExcellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities. /li liAbility to work effectively within complex team dynamics. /li liYou are fluent in bEnglish /b. /li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liKnowledge of bGCP /b. /li liExperience in bOSS/BSS /b or network provisioning within the telecom industry. /li liExperience working with offshore teams. /li liKnowledge of bDutch /b. /li /ul ul libStart date: /b ASAP /li libDuration: /b until 31/12/2026 with possible extensions. /li libWork regime: /b Full-time /li libLocation: /b Mechelen /li libWorking model: /b Hybrid (Minimum 3 days/week onsite, including Monday and Thursday) /li libContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers /li /ul /p
