Our client is a bank.

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels
Proactively manage vacancy reduction through active leasing strategies
Conduct and lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants within pre-approved parameters
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to enhance asset value and returns

Manage and closely collaborate with external real estate agents (brokers)
- Provide clear leasing strategy direction
- Follow up on commercial activities and pipeline
Oversee and coordinate property managers responsible for technical operations
- Ensure proper maintenance standards and cost control
- Align technical management with asset strategy

Regular on-site presence to:
- Visit properties and assess conditions
- Meet tenants and local stakeholders
- Support leasing and operational initiatives on the ground

Structure, complete, and maintain the data room for both portfolios
Ensure all property-related documentation is:
- Accurate and up to date
- Properly organized and digitized
Lead or coordinate the digitalization of paper-based records, improving accessibility and transparency
