Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager for SAP, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of the SAP applications and associated services. You ensure that the applications function high-performance, securely and in accordance with the business objectives, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. /p ul liYou will be part of the SIAM team and work closely with the CCOE manager, the business process owners and project teams. /li liYou are the central point of contact for all SAP-related services (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, etc.) and monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs. /li liYou coordinate incident, problem and change management for the SAP landscape. /li liYou manage contracts and performance of external suppliers and follow up on projects and upgrades. /li liYou will ensure continuous service improvement and contribute to roadmap initiatives such as migration to S/4HANA and integration with cloud solutions. /li liYou will work with security and compliance teams to ensure that SAP complies with internal and external standards (DORA, ISO 20000, ISO 27001). /li liYou regularly report on performance, risks and improvement actions to management. /li /ul h3Profiel kandidaat /h3 ul liYou have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in ICT or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in service delivery or application management. /li liYou have demonstrable knowledge of SAP modules and architecture (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori). /li liExperience with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change and release management) is a must; ITIL certification is an asset. /li liYou have experience with supplier management and following up on SLAs/KPIs. /li liYou have strong communication skills and can interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders . /li liYou express yourself fluently in English and Dutch or French, both orally and in writing. /li liKnowledge of Hindi and Spanish is an asset for cooperation with international partners. /li liYou have an analytical mind and are result-oriented. /li liYou take responsibility and think proactively about optimizations and automation. /li liKnowledge of security and compliance requirements (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, DORA) is a plus. /li liExperience with SAP platforms in Microsoft Azure environments is a big asset. /li liExperience in a financial or banking environment is a plus. /li /ul h3Geboden wordt /h3 ul liPossibility to work from home: 3 days /li liGroup insurance /li liMeal vouchers /li liSmartphone /li liLaptop /li liAn interesting permanent position in a stable, multilingual and international environment. /li liContinuous learning opportunities to develop your talents. /li liAn attractive salary supplemented by a number of fringe benefits (meal vouchers, group
