pWe are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to help us shape the future of our core product and ensure our architecture meets the highest standards in terms of scalability, performance, and maintainability. Our teams operate in a Agile environment, working on strategic platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure integrated with a complex AS400 data landscape.br/bRole Overviewbr/ /bAs a Senior Product Architect, you will help building the technical vision and end-to-end functional/technical architecture of a key product. You will work closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Agile Squads, and business stakeholders to align the product roadmap with the overall enterprise strategy.br/Your mission is to design robust, scalable, and future-proof solutions while guiding development teams and ensuring seamless integration with our AS400-based data systems and other applications .br/bPrimary Tasks And Responsibilitiesbr/ /bDefine and cocreate the Technical Visionbr/ /pulliLead the technical architecture design for the product and ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines. /liliEnsure product standardisation and reusability of developed components /liliDefine technical standards, best practices, and reusable patterns. /liliTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. /li /ulEnsure Product Enterprise Alignmentbr/ulliCollaborate closely with Enterprise Architects to maintain cross-product consistency. /liliGuarantee proper integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the applications within our landscape. /liliAssist in validating architectural decisions through architecture boards and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. /li /ulGuide and Support Development Teamsbr/ulliAct as the technical mentor for Agile squads, providing architectural guidance and coaching. /liliReview solution designs, data models, and code to ensure adherence to architecture principles. /liliProactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. /li /ulbTechnical Profile Requirementsbr/ /b ulliExperience in solution or product architecture for CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE),in particular. /liliUnderstanding of AS400 data landscapes and back-end integration patterns and Event driven design pattern. /liliHands-on experience with Azure cloud services and modern integration frameworks (REST APIs, microservices, messaging, ESB, API Management). /liliKnowledge of data management and governance best practices. /liliPrevious work experience in Agile environments is a strong plus. /li /ulbNon-Technical Profile Requirementsbr/ /bulliStrong strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach. /liliAbility to bridge business and technical needs effectively. /liliLeadership skills to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority. /liliExcellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus). /li /ulbLanguage proficienciesbr/ /b ulliFR is a must /liliENG /li /ulbOnsite presencebr/ /bMin 2 days / week
