Each team is made up of 3 Outsystems developers, a functional analyst-scrum master, a tester, a technical lead, a designer, and a product owner. /ppTechnology: OutSystems Version 11 /ppAs a team, we are driven to continuously deliver value to our customers. We do this by: /pulliBringing value to production at least once per sprint /liliWorking on T profiles and solving problems as a team /liliChallenging each other positively and learning from each other /liliExploring with new technologies /li /ulh3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliYou’ll join a professional agile team, where you’ll work on a range of exciting projects, with around 70% of the focus on build. /liliYou work together with the team to develop the desired solution. The architects will assist you with this. /liliYou are responsible for initial functional testing of your own code, and code review of your colleagues. /liliYou are responsible for implementing User Stories and for maintenance and management of the applications developed by the team itself. /liliYou communicate effectively and collaborate closely with various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, scrum master, testers, architects, security) to ensure they fully understand the priorities and current status of tasks, and that functionalities are implemented and tested correctly. /liliYou can make technical improvement proposals and advocate for them within the team and with the architects. /liliYou analyse integrations with other parties and systems. /liliYou work together with the infrastructure staff to install the applications and monitor their operation. /liliYou document the solution created to ensure long-term continuity and maintenance. /liliYou leverage AI tools, such as Copilot or other AI solutions, to optimize your work. /li /ulh3Dit ben jij /h3h3Your profile /h3pYou have at least 3 years of experience as a developer in Outsystems, especially in Mobile and REACT. /pulliAn ODC certificate is a plus, as well as other Outsystems certificates. /liliYou have experience in deployment and rolling out of applications. /liliExperience with Agile methodology (SCRUM) is desirable. /liliYou have a very good command of English, knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus. /liliYou have good analysis and synthesis skills and communicate efficiently. /liliAs a person you are flexible, results-oriented, proactive, critical and stress-resistant. /liliYou have a strong drive to continuously learn. /liliAnd?
