Brussels / Ghent, Belgium (Hybrid – 60%) Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: Until July 2027 Application Closing Date: 19 June 2026 Language Requirement: Dutch (CEFR C2) We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support large-scale digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, governing, and maintaining solution architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise architecture frameworks, combined with the ability to coordinate technical streams and guide architectural decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and govern solution architecture across business, application, data, and technology layers. Ensure solutions delivered by implementation partners align with enterprise architecture standards and strategic roadmaps. Lead technical architecture activities for cloud migration and digital transformation programs. Coordinate technical workstreams, integrations, and solution delivery planning. Design and review security architecture, technical documentation, configurations, and implementation approaches. Support migration initiatives involving cloud platforms and enterprise applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, and delivery partners. Provide architectural guidance on Microsoft technologies including Azure, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. Contribute to architecture reviews, governance processes, and technical quality assurance. Support the evolution of enterprise architecture standards and best practices. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect. Minimum 8 years of experience developing and maintaining solution architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains. Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies: Project Operations Finance & Operations Customer Engagement Strong knowledge of: Zachman Framework TOGAF ArchiMate UML Enterprise Architect / Sparx EA Experience with solution governance, security architecture, and enterprise integrations. Experience coordinating complex technical programs and stakeholders. Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level. Preferred Experience Azure cloud architecture and migration projects. Public sector or government environments. Event-driven architecture. Microservices architecture. C4 Model. Project management and technical leadership. Business process analysis and optimization. Microsoft and architecture certifications. Soft Skills Analytical thinker. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ownership mentality. Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions. Strong documentation and governance capabilities. Working Model Hybrid working arrangement. 60% allocation. Long-term engagement until July 2027. Own laptop required.
