The role combines people management, BI strategy and hands-on involvement in the evolution of the organisation’s Data & BI landscapeDescription :Lead and develop a team of BI professionals (circ. 5 people)Define and implement the BI roadmap and strategyContribute to Data Governance, Data Quality and Data ManagementYou will be directly reporting the the current Head of DataYour profile :7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / DataStrong knowledge of Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects and SQLGood understanding of Data Warehousing / Data ArchitectureExperience with Data Governance and Data QualityStrong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in Dutch and/or French, with good knowledge of EnglishWhat's in for you :Between 5.000€ and 8.000€ gr./mo (with at least an extra 150€ of net allowance)Company car (electric) with charging cardHealth and group insuranceUp to 30 days of paid holidaysHybrid work model with 3 days remoteVarious bonuses and sectorial benefitsThe position offers the opportunity to have a significant strategic impact on the organisation's Data & BI landscape, while managing a dedicated team.
