p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and drive the digital transformation roadmap. /li liEstablish project governance and ensure ongoing monitoring. /li liCoordinate internal and external stakeholders. /li liEnsure priorities, timelines, and budgets are met. /li liImplement tracking indicators and reporting for Executive Management. /li liOversee LOJEGA's application ecosystem. /li liEnsure consistency among tools and their integrations. /li liIdentify malfunctions, risks, and improvement opportunities. /li liManage required functional and technical changes. /li liGather and formalize teams' requirements. /li liTranslate business needs into functional specifications. /li liOptimize existing processes. /li liPrioritize change requests with various service providers. /li liSupport users in adopting new tools. /li liOrganize testing, validation, and training phases. /li liFoster a digital culture within the organization. /li liContribute to defining LOJEGA's IT strategy. /li liParticipate in discussions related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, document management, and Artificial Intelligence. /li liPrepare the transition to a sustainable management model for applications and digital services. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or business application management. /li liProven experience implementing or migrating ERPs, CRMs, or complex business platforms, ideally with one of the following applications: Adfinity (financial ERP); Horizon (rental management and CRM); Hello Houston (technical management and ticketing). /li liExperience coordinating vendors and multi-stakeholder environments. /li liExperience in the public, quasi-public, real estate, or housing sectors is an advantage. /li liExperience managing complex, cross-functional projects. /li liFunctional analysis and process optimization skills. /li liStrong competence with Microsoft 365 environments. /li liExperience managing application interfaces. /li liKnowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent). /li liExcellent French. Proficiency in Dutch is an advantage. /li /ul /p
