is for bAI Engineer /b out there feeling the magic in them and ready to spread it /ppbAs an AI Engineer, your mission would include: /b /pullipCollaborating with clients to define business and technical requirements for AI and data-driven solutions. /p /lilipDesigning, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions tailored to various industries. /p /lilipWorking with stakeholders to identify and implement AI strategies that drive business value. /p /lilipEnsuring models are production-ready, scalable, and adhere to best DevOps/MLOps practices. /p /lilipLeveraging cloud environments, particularly Azure, to optimize data processing and AI model performance. /p /lilipEngaging with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI engineers, and consultants, to deliver high-quality AI solutions. /p /lilipSupporting the continuous improvement of AI methodologies and contributing to internal innovations within the company. /p /lilipMentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge across the organization. /p /lilipAttending client meetings and presenting findings, recommendations, and AI solutions in a clear and structured manner. /p /lilipBut being a consulting company, we can’t know in advance what your exact responsibilities will be /p /li /ulbr/pbYou’re a step closer to joining our team if you bring:br/ /b /ppbBackground /b /pullipA bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (such as business or engineering). /p /lilip3-4 years of experience in a consulting environment or a related AI/ML engineering role. /p /lilipExperience working at the intersection of consulting, machine learning engineering, and data science. /p /li /ulpbTechnical Skills /b /pullipStrong expertise in Python and SQL. /p /lilipIn-depth knowledge of machine learning, AI, and statistical techniques. /p /lilipHands-on experience with NLP is a significant plus. /p /lilipProficiency in cloud environments, particularly Azure. /p /lilipFamiliarity with popular machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. /p /lilipExperience deploying AI/ML models into production and working with LLMs in a real-world setting. /p /lilipKnowledge of best practices in DevOps/MLOps. /p /li /ulpbSoft Skills /b /pullipStrong client-facing skills with the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions. /p /lilipExcellent communication and presentation skills. /p /lilipAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. /p /lilipA problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. /p /li /ulpbLanguages: /b Fluent in English.
