Our client is a Belgian family‑owned company with over 100 years of experience in the distribution of premium technical equipment for the agricultural sector, the green/landscaping sector, and material handling. It employees +100person, generates +150M€ of annual turnover and aims to strengthen its market position by focusing on leading‑edge technology, strong partnerships with dealers, and efficient services in sales, marketing, after‑sales, and financing.
Job Description
As a successful Sales Development & Marketing Manager - Agricultural Machinery, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Strengthen dealer relationships and drive network performance
- Monitor KPIs, market share, registrations and sales results
- Manage pricing, commercial negotiations and dealer action plans
- Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns and communication activities
- Develop digital marketing & communication trough digital channel
- Drive CRM implementation and commercial process optimization
- Organize and represent the business at industry events and trade fairs
- Maintain & develop the relationship with the machinery manufacturer
The Successful Applicant
As a successful Sales Development & Marketing Manager - Agricultural Machinery, you will have the following profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, commercial management or business development
- Experience working with dealer, distributor or partner networks
- Strong commercial and relationship‑building skills
- Exposure to marketing, product management or go‑to‑market activities
- Affinity with agricultural machinery, construction equipment or technical products
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Fluent French & Dutch and good level of English and/or German
- Hands‑on, pragmatic and highly responsive personality
