ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liL3 Support Engineer for COTS Applications for NATO with security clearance /li liDeploy and manage server applications running on Windows or Linux servers /li liIntegrate applications with identity providers /li liSupport creation and deployment of client applications on end-user workstations /li liGathering and reporting metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) /li liManage EntraID Groups and Roles /li liMonitor the incident management process for tickets created in the helpdesk ticketing system /li liEscalate complex issues to vendor support or appropriate teams when necessary /li liWork closely together and provide input to Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and other stakeholders /li liContribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base, documenting common issues and solutions /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liThe candidate has strong customer relationship skills, including negotiating complex and sensitive situations under pressure. /li liThe candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations. /li liThe candidate must possess a NATO Secret Security Clearance or national equivalent. /li liExtensive experience in deployment and management of client-server applications, application integration and data transformation for application integration. /li liTechnical proficiency in end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones) running Windows OS, Android OS, and Apple iPhones/iPads. /li liExpert knowledge of Linux server infrastructure, Windows server infrastructure, and Active Directory. /li liExpert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and IIS based web applications. /li liExpert knowledge of networking infrastructure. /li liVery good knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud deployment for both AWS and Azure. /li /ul h3ATS Optimization Keywords /h3 h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liL3 Support /li liCOTS Applications /li liWindows Server /li liLinux Server /li liApplication Integration /li liData Transformation /li liMicrosoft SQL Server /li liIIS /li liNetworking Infrastructure /li liCloud Technologies /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liCustomer Relationship Skills /li liNegotiation /li liProblem Solving /li liCollaboration /liliDocumentation /li /ul h3Certifications Qualifications /h3 ul liNATO Secret Security Clearance /li /ul /p
